Today's Prayer
Ephesians 1:17-19I pray for you constantly, asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you wisdom to see clearly and really understand who Christ is and all that He has done for you. I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can see something of the future He has called you to share... I pray that you will begin to understand how incredibly great His power is to help those who believe Him. It is that same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated Him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in heaven..
I pray for you constantly, asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you wisdom to see clearly and really understand who Christ is and all that He has done for you. I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can see something of the future He has called you to share... I pray that you will begin to understand how incredibly great His power is to help those who believe Him. It is that same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated Him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in heaven..Lord, give us wisdom to understand our true inheritance as Your children. We know that deliverance and victory are complete because of the finished work of Jesus on the cross. Covered in Your righteousness, we come before Your throne, interceding for Madeleine McCann, asking You to deliver her from the hands of the enemy. Lord, we ask You to uproot the powers of darkness hiding her; we plead that she would be reunited with her loving family.
Lord, we pray for Kate and Gerry that they will find strength and sustenance for each day in Your Word. May Your Word light their path, give them hope and comfort, wisdom, and discernment. Enable them to rest in You; fill them with a sense of Your awesome power and presence. May they rise above temptation to seek help from mystics or anything that is not of You; give them great faith to believe and understand how incredibly great Your power is to help those who believe in You. Give us all great faith to believe in Your deliverance of Madeleine from the hands of the enemy.
Lord we pray, not in our own righteousness, but covered with the blood of Jesus, and we declare the strongholds of darkness, of organized crime, of pornography, be BROKEN in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Lord, cause a spirit of repentance to fall in every region that we have allowed the sins of pornography and perversion to permeate the culture in the arts, on the internet, on T.V. and all media. We know this immorality has resulted in innocent lives, often children, becoming victims to the sins of others. Lord, have mercy on our countries and enable us to restore our societies to focus on what is pure, lovely, and truthful. Philippians 4:8: Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
Psalm 101:3 I will set nothing wicked before my eyes; I hate the work of those who fall away; It shall not cling to me.
Lord, we know that Your light exposes all the darkness; we ask that Your light be poured out on Portugal and around the world that the darkness would be exposed and justice done. May Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Let us stand in agreement with a recent prophetic word from Matt Sorger (only partially quoted below):
"So I gave my attention to the Lord, God, to seek Him by prayer and supplication, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes." Daniel 9:3
2 Cor. 10 3-4 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds...
Eph 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.”
“God is shaking everything that has to do with child sacrifice, everything that is coming against the children of our nation including abortion, pornography, child abuse and everything that would try to take the life out of our children.
“On a national level there is coming an exposing of child pornography and abuse. God’s hand of justice will be seen in the sex-trade industry. God is taking it down to the ground.
“In the area of abortion, God has tremendous mercy, love and restoration for women and men that have suffered this trauma and who turn to the Lord for healing and forgiveness.
“God is a God of mercy, love and restoration but at the same time God is shaking the spirit of Molech down; that spirit that tries to attack and kill the lives of our children. The Spirit of God is targeting that which has targeted our children."
Prayers For Madeleine:
Luke 4:18 You came to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed.
Psalm 18:16-17 You drew me out of many waters and delivered me from my strong enemy.
Lord, we declare freedom to Madeleine, liberty to return to her family. Lord, we recall how you miraculously released Paul & Silas, and we pray a miraculous release for Madeleine, and we give You all the praise and honor and glory for her rescue.
Psalm 91:4-7 He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you.
Lord, we are standing on this word and trusting You that Madeleine will not be afraid, that she will be secure in the love of her heavenly father and family, knowing that they are looking for her, trusting that they will find her very soon.
For Kate, Gerry, and Madeleine:
Isaiah 43:2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.
Lord, we believe this word, that You are with Kate, Gerry, and Madeleine, that as they pass through this desperate time, You are carrying them. Your word says we are pressed but not crushed, persecuted but not abandoned, struck down but not destroyed, we are blessed beyond the curse for Your promise will endure, Your joy will be our strength. Lord, may Kate, Gerry, and Madeleine feel Your loving arms wrapped around them as You carry them through this dark night, these troubled waters, this burning fire. Fill them to overflowing with the power of Your Holy Spirit, that they will have great faith to trust in the sufficiency of Your grace, the power of Your presence, the strength of Your joy.
Lord, as Kate and Gerry meditate on Your word, we pray Your truth will bring real comfort and hope to them.
Psalms 37:39 The Lord saves the Godly! He is their salvation and their refuge when trouble comes. Because they trust in Him, He helps them and delivers them from the plots of evil men.
Psalm 37:5 Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust Him to help you do it and he will. Your innocence will be clear to everyone. He will vindicate you with the blazing light of justice shining down as from the noonday sun. Rest in the Lord...
Lord, cause Kate and Gerry to lay the search for Madeleine at Your feet, for You, O Lord, are capable, all-powerful, and loving. Cause them to trust You completely to accomplish Your perfect will. We pray they will not seek help from any source that is not of You.
Psalm 37:28 For the Lord loves justice and fairness; He will never abandon His people. They will be kept safe forever.
For the investigation:
"But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light..." Ephesians 5:13
We pray that You would flood Praia da Luz and surrounding area with Your light and love, that the darkness would not be able to hide but would be exposed by Your light and justice.
Lord, cause a flood of witnesses to come forward. We declare they will not fear man but will trust in Your divine protection for them and their families so they will have the courage and boldness to submit information that will lead to the rescue of Madeleine. We pray You will show them who to give their information to - reveal who is on Your side and who is being used as a tool of the enemy.
Lord, give those in authority wisdom as they choose a replacement to head Madeleine's investigation. We pray for a righteous man to be placed in this position, the person of Your choosing, one who will seek You for wisdom and direction in the search for Madeleine. Cause this to be a new day for Madeleine's investigation, that they could move forward with great acceleration as they seek You daily for divine guidance.
Lord, we speak truth in the media. We declare an end to wild speculation.

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen..."
Lord we know that You desire to do a work in us as we pray; give us ears to hear what You are speaking to us, eyes to see what You are doing, hearts and minds to obey. May we delight in obeying You, meditating day and night on Your word.
Psalm 19:14 Lord, let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer."
Lord, we trust that You are accomplishing MUCH that we cannot see yet will soon be made manifest even without us seeing evidence ahead of time. Please help us in our weakness to guard our thoughts and words, cause them to be acceptable in Your sight. Thank you that we can rest assured that You will fulfill Your promises.
Lord, please give us faith to move mountains. We know You can simply speak, and it will be so.

For the wicked shall be destroyed...
Only a little while and the wicked shall disappear. You will look for them in vain.
The Lord is laughing at those who plot against the godly, for He knows their judgment day is coming.
...for the strength of evil men shall be broken...
But evil men shall perish. These enemies of God will wither like grass, and disappear like smoke.
...but all who love wickedness shall perish.
But the Lord will not let these evil men succeed, nor let the godly be condemned when they are brought before the judge.
...and you will see the wicked destroyed.
Lord, thank you that You are exposing corruption!! We declare that all those who are following evil orders would repent and expose the plans and people who are giving the orders.
